These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the uDrop platform, mobile application, website, and all related services (“Services”). By using uDrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

“Courier” — independent delivery partners fulfilling orders.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use uDrop. Businesses must ensure all authorised users comply with these Terms.
3. Use of the Services

uDrop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Delivery Orders
4.1 Placing Orders
Users are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate.
4.2 Prohibited Items
Illegal, dangerous, flammable, or restricted items may not be sent. See Prohibited Items for details.
4.3 Courier Relationship
Couriers are independent contractors, not employees of uDrop.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees are displayed at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure:

7. Liability & Limitations
uDrop is not liable for:

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Order.
8. Insurance & Claims

9. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

11. Service Modifications
uDrop may modify or suspend Services at any time.
12. Termination
uDrop may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.
