uDrop — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the uDrop platform, mobile application, website, and all related services (“Services”). By using uDrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “uDrop” — the delivery platform operated by our company.

  • “User” — any individual or business using the Services.

  • “Courier” — independent delivery partners fulfilling orders.

  • “Order” — any delivery request placed through uDrop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use uDrop. Businesses must ensure all authorised users comply with these Terms.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.

  • Use uDrop only for lawful purposes.

  • Not disrupt or misuse the platform.

uDrop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Delivery Orders

4.1 Placing Orders

Users are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate.

4.2 Prohibited Items

Illegal, dangerous, flammable, or restricted items may not be sent. See Prohibited Items for details.

4.3 Courier Relationship

Couriers are independent contractors, not employees of uDrop.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees are displayed at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure:

  • Proper packaging

  • Accessible pickup/drop‑off points

  • Availability to receive deliveries

7. Liability & Limitations

uDrop is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Loss or damage to prohibited items

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Order.

8. Insurance & Claims

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours. See Claims Process.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

10. Privacy & Data

Your use of uDrop is governed by our Privacy Policy. See Privacy Policy.

11. Service Modifications

uDrop may modify or suspend Services at any time.

12. Termination

uDrop may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.

13. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
